We require a manger with managerial experience whom to lead a team and also help grow they would be reqired to;

*Be in possession of or willing to work towards NVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care qualifications.

*Previous experience of management care provision for older people.

*Staff recruitment, training and management experience.

*Budgeting experience.

*Experience of compiling and managing care plans.

*A valid driving licence.
