The Sammons Healthcare Division was founded in 2007. Initially specialising in the Older Persons sector the division has expanded to have 3 main areas of recruitment expertise Clinical Healthcare, Mental Health and Older Person’s Care. We recruit nationally for Care Providers, Private Hospitals and Charities.


Clinical Healthcare
We provide nursing staff with a range of specialities to Allied Health Professionals as well as management staff and supporting staff. We recruit for a range of clinical environments including private hospital groups as well as private health clinics and the cosmetic surgery industry.

We are able to recruit the following types of staff:

Nursing: RGN, Specialist Nurses such as Theatre Nurse, Anaesthetic Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, Cosmetic Nurse Advisors, Clinical Nurse Manager

Management: Ward Manager, Unit Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager

Allied Health: Physiotherapists, Occupational Health, Radiology, Dietetics and Nutrition

Therapists: Laser Therapists

Mental Health
We recruit for independent hospitals, low, medium and secure units, national mental health charities, as well as nursing and residential homes. The type of staff we can provide could have experience in caring for adults, children and adolescents who may have learning disabilities, complex and challenging behaviour, acquired brain injuries, personality disorders, enduring mental illness, eating disorders and substance misuse as well as dementia.

We are able to recruit the following types of staff:

Nursing: RMN, RNLD, RNMH, Senior Staff Nurse

Management: Registered Manager, Team Leader, Unit Manager Regional Manager, Operations Manager

Therapists: Physiotherapist, SALT, Psychiatrist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist (Clinical & Forensic), Addiction Therapists

Other: Social Workers



Older Persons Care
We recruit across a wide range of residential and nursing homes and retirement villages. We are able to recruitment all types of qualified and management staff from Registered General Nurses to Interim Crisis Managers to Operations Directors. We have gained a specific expertise in securing staff to work with the frail elderly providing nursing and/or dementia care.

We are able to recruit the following types of staff:

Nursing: RGN, RMN, RNLD, Nurse Manager, Palliative Nurse, Clinical Manager

Management: Registered Manager, Village Manager, Operations Manager
Home Manager, Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Regional Manager

Therapists/Support: Activities Co-ordinators, Occupational Therapist
