You'll be ensuring we continue to offer an exemplary level of domiciliary care by managing and organising service provision which meets our particularly high standards and set procedures.

From processing client referrals and the creation of staff rotas to service user reviews and risk assessments, you will undertake a wide range of key tasks, including the drawing up of initial support plans, interviewing, checking documents and organising training for new care workers. So experience of doing any of these things would be a big advantage.

It's a responsible role offering lots of variety and a range of flexible working hours, including days, evenings and weekends.

As you'll be responsible for the on the vacancy management of field-based carers, you should ideally have some homecare experience, including work with Social Services and PCTs. Whatever you background, you'll need great admin and computer skills.
