Clinical Lead – Bristol - £28 000- £35k pa
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a prestigious employer as a Clinical Lead Nurse in the regional capital that is Bristol. The home is a medium-large sized nursing home that has undergone extensive renovations and alterations and provides both residential and nursing care for its clients.
My client is seeking a vastly experienced registered nurse who is strong in the areas of supervision, team work, clinical standards and understanding of processes such as meds audits and business requirments regarding legislation, policies and procedures and generally someone who loves to be busy.
You will be required to be reasonably flexible with working times, take on charge duties and will hold ultimate responsibility for all care standards. In the line of duty you will be prepared to deputise for management where necessary in line with the responsibility of this management level post. As an employee you must have a professional and friendly demeanour and take pride from your work and your company.
The successful candidate will:
•Be a 1st level registered nurse
•Demonstrate skills in one of the following;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Elderly Care, Physical disability, multiple sclerosis, LD, ABI or certain areas of acute or trauma nursing.
•Have excellent communication skills
•Have a friendly and approachable manner
