An Excellent position has become available for a Clinical Nurse Manager based in Brentwood Essex

You will be working in a modern purpose built home that has been designed specifically to meet the needs of the elderly frail and Dementia.

Within the role you will be responsible for the:

Highest possible standards of treatment, care, and support
Lead, motivate and manage a large multi-professional team of staff
All recruitment responsibility and staff management
Implementation of clinical governance within the treatment centre and will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

To be considered for this position you must have:

An RGN qualification with relevant experience and excellent clinical knowledge
Excellent Leadership skills
Good communication skills with a caring and professional approach to your work.

Package: £30,000- £32,000
