This is a lovely opportunity to work as a Deputy Manager in a home that has a truly welcoming feel the minute you walk through the door.
You will need to be RGN qualified with a sound clinical background and be extremely passionate about caring for the elderly, especially those suffering with dementia.
Experience of writing quality care plans and a thorough understanding of person centred care is essential.
