*NEW* A second fantastic opportunity for a strong Support Worker to develop their experience. This organisation seeks another ambitious and hard working individual to undertake the position of Deputy Manager within their intimate rural residential home in the Bridgend/Cardiff Area of South Wales to take up responsibility in a Learning Disability Service.
This home is a small ‘family home’ type service with a great management team who I am confidently able to endorse. The Deputy Manager will aid the Manager in administrative, personnel and clinical duties and will be prepared to develop budgetary, leadership, supervision, training and marketing competencies as necessary whilst in the Deputy Manager Post.
The successful candidate will be:
•An experienced Support Worker/Care Assistant
•Experienced with Learning Disabilities
•Holder of relevant NVQ’s
•A good communicator
It is desirable that you:
•Be working towards or holding a management qualification
•Demonstrate leadership/supervisory skills
•Have a sound knowledge of care standards
