An excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager has arisen with one of the countries leading care chains.
My client are one of the largest and most well respected care groups in the UK and they have operations throughout the country.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to assist the Home Manager in a 2* rated Nursing and Residential Home in the Altrincham area. This is a 60bedded Nursing home which also cares for clients with Dementia.
The right person should have previous management experience in a Nursing Home and also have a back ground as a RGN or RMN, The right candidate will be able to oversee and line manage the staff team as well as being able to build relationships with clients and their families.
In return my client are paying a good basic salary with bonus and package as well as excellent career progression and training for people that are looking to progress further in the future.
