Home Manager – Bexhill on Sea – 32-34.5K
Our client is a leading charity that provides care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. The friendly residential 52 bed home with dementia care is situated in the Bexhill on Sea area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.
They require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join their forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.
Hours are 37.5 per week, and the client offers a £2,200per annum performance related bonus, final salary pension scheme, 33 day annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to their charity. You will need to be NVQ4 RMA or RGN qualified with a minimum of two years management experience.
