Nursing Home Manager – Bristol – To £38,000
An exciting opportunity to manage a beautiful purpose built care home of 2 Star CQC standard in Bristol providing care for elderly residents.
Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider with a large network of care homes all over the UK. They are currently looking for a candidate to manage one of their care homes in Bristol. Our client maintains the highest standards in healthcare and professionalism and the successful candidate will both possess and impress this consistently.
You will manage an attractive small/medium sized purpose-built nursing care facility situated just outside Bristol in picturesque countryside surroundings.
Duties include:
•Personnel management (Appraisals, Mentoring and Disciplinary)
•Recruitment
•Care plans and reviews
•Budgets and Administration
•Delivering profitability
Successful candidates must:
•Be a First Level Registered Nurse
•Have NVQ level 4 or equivalent in health and social care management
•Have commercial awareness and business acumen
•Have leadership and supervisory experience
•Be a compassionate and communicative individual
