Location: Gloucester - Worcestershire, Bristol and area, Gloucestershire
Rate: £ 30 to £ 39 K - per annum + bonus (OTE £49k)
Job Status: Permanent
Home Manager – Gloucester – up to £39,000pa basic + Bonus
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager in the beautiful city of Gloucester. The home is a small to medium sized residential home that is registered to provide residential care to sufferers of Alzheimer’s and Dementias. It is part of a family concern that is undergoing extensive business development plans, policy and procedure updates and a switch from residential to nursing care for its clients. My client is seeking an experienced manager who is strong in the areas of people management, developing and building good teams, clinical standards, CQC requirements and service development. You will be required to manage budgets, oversee clinical and residential standards, meet financial targets and be involved in marketing the home and improving its CQC rating.
The successful candidate will:
•Be a Fully Qualified and Registered Nurse
•Experienced within Elderly/Dementia Care
•Have Appropriate Management Skills and Experience
•Have Excellent Communication Skills
•Have A Friendly and Approachable Manner
It is Desirable that you have;;;
•Established/Developed Services in the Past
•Operated as a Trouble Shooting/Project Manager within Nursing Homes
•A Strong Background within Nursing
•A Dedicated and Professional Demeanour
