Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for a 9 bedded learning disabilities care home in Redill in Surrey. The adults in the home range between 18 and 65 and suffer from a range of complex needs. The home is located close to Redhill, Surrey and is part of a specialist healthcare provider with an excellent reputation in this sector.
We are looking for a Home Manager with experience in learning disabilities and mental health issues.
The company specializes in care for Adults with Asperger's syndrome, Challenging Behaviour, Autism and Epilepsy.
As a Home Manager you will be managing the day to day running of the home, managing budgets, working with CQC and developing the service. You will be working closely with the service users to promote independence and to assist in organising activities within the service and the local community.
Candidates must be suitably qualified, with proven managerial experience and an in depth knowledge of the client group and all relevant legislation.
You should already possess your NVQ4 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. You will also hold your RMA or LMC award.
