A highly prestigious opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager in a specially converted Nursing Home in a picturesque suberb of Newport. The home is a medium - large sized nursing home that underwent renovations and adaptions to become a highly renowned nursing home for its clients. My client holds the accolade of being an investor in people and seeks an experienced manager whose management style promotes best practice, team work and personal development for all staff.
You will be strong in the areas of people management, developing and building good teams and exceptional clinical standards. You will be required to manage budgets, oversee clinical and residential standards, meet financial targets, be involved in marketing the home and improving its CSSI rating.

•Be a Fully Qualified and Registered Nurse
•Experienced within Elderly Care
•Have Appropriate Management Skills and Experience
•Have Excellent Communication Skills
•Have A Friendly and Approachable Manner

•Experience of the Third Sector
•A Strong Background within Nursing
•A Dedicated and Professional Demeanour
