Locality Manager - Manchester/Lancashire.
A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work with a national company.
As a Locality Manager you will be in charge of a team of both Senior support worker and Support workers providing care in a supported living environment.
You will have experience of dealing with:
• Staff rota’s and timesheets
• Working with budgets
• Risk assessments
• Care plans
• Service users, ensuring they are happy with the service
• Managing a team of carers/ appraisals / 1: 1’s / team meeting
Certificates in NVQ Level 3 / 4 are desirable but not essential, a strong background in management and domiciliary care is essential.
