Rate: £ 45 to £ 50 K - plus monthly bonus
Job Status: Permanent
A super 45 bed nursing home for the elderly and disabled with a dementia unit is seeking an experienced and committed manager .
the home is stable and well regarded and ithis is a super role for a manager who enjoys a hands on role and does not want to be bogged down in paperwork and reports.
The home is structured so that much of that work is taken off the manager so you can concentrate on what you do best-ensuring excellent care is given and working alongside your team and reporting direct to the owner.
you can expect autonomy in this role and a super salary and monthly bonus based on profit making this a wonderful package. you will be working for caring and supportive healthcare providers who are well respected in the industry
