Nursing Home Manager - New Build Brain Injury Home - Wigan
My client are a well know regional care chain with a number of care and nursing homes throughout the Lancashire area which are all rated as Good and Excellent by CQC.
Due to their continued growth and success they have just completed the construction of a Brand New Home in Wigan. This home will care for Adults with Brain injuries and a variety of other mental health needs and will offer the same level of excellent care which people have come to expect from this provider.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with a similar client group and will have a background as a RMN or RNLD. You will also have experience in the running and managment of a care or nursing home and be someone that is able to built good solid relationships with governing bodies and local authorities in the local area.
For the right person my client offer a basic salary of up to £35,000dependent on experience, benefits package as well as the chance to work for a very good employer with low staff turnover and excellent reputation.
