A rare opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager in Bridgend.
The company has a strong reputation, is set in a beautiful area and provides care for elderly and EMI service users.
Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual with an appropriate management qualification to become the Registered Manager.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000per annum which is an excellent package given the size of the home.
Duties include:
•Oversee, maintain & improve the care of clients within the home
•Full day to day responsibility for the running of the home
•Ensure all policies, procedures and legal requirements are up to date
•Hold responsibility for occupancy and promote a positive personal/professional profile within the local community
The Successful Applicant will be:
•An Experienced Care Home Manager
•Management Qualified to NVQ4 standard or Equivalent
•Adept at Personnel Duties such as Appraisals, Supervision, Training and Recruitment
•Able to Manage and Aiming to Reduce Absence & Agency Spend
•Understanding of P&L Accounts
•A Polished Professional
