Our client is a health and social care provider who specialise in providing residential and community care services for people with learning disabilities and adults with mental health needs. Our services cover the areas of Surrey, Essex, Kent and The Midlands.
They are currently seeking an experienced registered manager for their 4 bed service in the Hornchurch area that provides care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and behavioural problems. Your main role as manager will be to ensure the unit provides the highest levels of care and support to service users and ensure CSCI standards are met and maintained. You will be expected to market and develop the service by dealing with outside agencies along with new referrals and assessments.
You will need to ideally be RNLD or NVQ4/RMA qualified along with a minimum of one years experience in a similar management role. In return you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and flexible working environment.
