Rate: £ 12.50 - Circa Per Hour Rate

An exciting opportunity to join a wonderful team in the position of Registered Staff Nurse for a large private care home in South Wales.
Our client is looking for a qualified RGN to offer high standards of patient care in a large privately owned care home for elderly residents. The applicant will work professionally and compassionately and possess good interpersonal skills.
Duties:
•Administer high standards of medical care to patients
•Supervision of care staff within the facility making sure that all colleagues contribute to the efficient running of the home
•Issuing, ordering and auditing medications
•Make sure all care plans are discussed with relatives as well as being in accordance with NMC/CQC guidelines
•Liaise with and arrange professional visits when necessary
•Check and maintain all medical equipment in the home
Successful Candidates must:
•Be a First Level Registered Nurse
•Be professional, friendly and communicative
•Have a genuine interest in working with elderly service users
•Have the skills to be able to work both as a team leader and a team player
