Eclypse Recruitment is searching for an Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, RMN, to join a fantastic specialist dementia service situated in Yardley Green, Birmingham.
This beautiful service situated in Yardley Green, Birmingham is part of a leading care home provider that offers a range of excellent care services to people across England Wales. This service in Yardley Green, provides specialist nursing care and support to older people with dementia. The service is of a small to medium size and is divided into 4 smaller units to ensure that the best possible care is delivered to the residents within the home.
We are searching for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Night team covering 3 nights per week within this beautiful nursing home in Birmingham. We are looking for someone who has a background working within nursing homes and someone who has a keen interest in dementia. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and hard working team and will be responsible for:
•; Updating and Evaluating Care Plans
•; Medication Administration
•; Care Reviews
•; Liaising with Medical Professionals and Families
•; Client Observations
