Rate: £ 14 to £ 18 K - per annum

The Company
Learning Disabilities Residential care provider based in the Southampton area is looking to recruit both a Team Leader and Support Workers. The company works with moderate to severe LD Service Users and have a passion for making a difference to the individuals in their care.
The Role
The Team Leader role will involve assisting the deputy in all aspects of running this residential unit. This will include management of the Senior Support Workers, training and development of staff and ensuring Quality Assurance measures are being met. The Support Workers will provide all aspects of hands on care and assistance in the day to day life of the residents.
The Person
You must have current or very recent experience of working with Learning Disabilities Service users and have a commitment to providing a quality of service to these service users. This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing company who believes in organic growth.
