We are one of the UK's leading healthcare staffing providers and right now we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to join our team in Kings Lynn.
You must have a Registered General Nurse Qualification to apply for this role and have a full uk Drivers License own transport is essential
As Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical running of our continuing care division which provides personal care to clients with complex needs living in their own homes throughout the local area.
Your duties will include managing a team of care staff conducting training, supervisions and appraisals. You will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing care packages including reviews, risk assessments and liaising with case manager on a regular basis.
