Unit Lead – Bedford £20.5-£23k pa
Our client is a highly regarded organisation with several homes in the Bedfordshire area. They are looking for a unit lead to support the home manager in the provision of care and support for people with a learning disability and dementia with mild to moderate challenging behaviour.
Your role will be to take responsibility for the day to day running of the home, to delegate tasks and to monitor junior staff activity you will be responsible for assessment of needs, care planning and case management of service users.
You will be qualified to NVQ3/4, have experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing the highest standards of care to clients. In return our client offers a generous salary and benefits package along with ongoing support and progression within the organisation.
